    The pattern

    What clients keep telling us

The businesses on this page look nothing alike — a multifamily real estate group, a lab, a dairy, a youth sports franchise, a two-person department inside a small company. What they say lands on the same three things.

First, the search is the part that hurts. Every one of them describes the same before: hours spent finding people worth interviewing, then interviewing them, before any real work could start. What changed is that candidates arrive already screened, so the interview is a choice between good options rather than a filter.

Second, the placement is not the end of it. They mention the follow-up as much as the hire — the check-ins with them and, separately, with the assistant, and the training that keeps going after the start date. Third, when a fit is wrong, the search restarts instead of the client being stuck with it. That is what keeps these arrangements running past the first quarter.

How long does it take to get someone placed?

Most searches run from the intake call to a signed assistant in a couple of weeks. We only send candidates who have already cleared skills, English and reference checks, so you interview a short list instead of a pile.

What if the person isn't the right fit?

We replace them. The search restarts at no extra placement cost, and we keep the role open until you have someone who works out.

Do these assistants work my hours?

Yes. Everyone we place is in Latin America, within one to three hours of US business hours, so you get same-day answers instead of overnight handoffs.

My business doesn't look like these. Does it still apply?

The pattern holds across industries: someone doing work that does not need them, a role defined around that work, and candidates who arrive already screened so the interview is a choice rather than a filter. The stories above run from a lab to a dairy to a multifamily real estate group.
