Month 1 is 2 hours a week on calls, plus the decisions only you can make. From month 2 it is 2 hours a month. That is 1 Freedom call to review what still needs you, and 1 AI workflow call to put the next workflow live. A Freedom call is a monthly 60 minute review of what still depends on you and what comes off your plate next.
Implementation covers the plan, the system, and recruiting. Each hire is billed at talent rates once they start. Talent starts at $2,000 a month. For implementation, we keep working with you at no added cost until every piece in your plan is in place.
